1. Does Ecopaddles ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$150. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$25.
PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during the sale season. Stay tuned!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.
5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
- When the product is delivered tothe carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to theorder page afterwards.
- Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for thepackage to arrive at the airport of the international shippingcenter, During this period, there is no transport information forinland transport from factory to the international shippingcenter. The shipping information will not be updated until thepackage arrives at the international shipping center and isscanned.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at ecopaddles@gmail.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
